If this is your first time in Turkey and would like to cook and taste your own delicious authentic Turkish recipes with a glass or two of local wine,you are in the right place!

Lunch: 10:30 to 14:30(May be longer)
Dinner: 16:30 to 20:30(May be longer)

After we confirm you reservation,we send you a voucher and direction on how to find the facility.Meet the staff and commence with a brief explanation of the dishes and their origins, we cook for 2 to 3 hours and then enjoy a relaxed lunch or dinner with a class or two of local wine. The class is hands-on, Chef remaining in charge of quantities and cooking times. We work as a group, dividing the simpler tasks like chopping onions, garlic, tomatoes and herbs, but you will be involved in each vital step of the preparation process so you get enough practice to recreate the same dishes at home.

We’re happy to adapt to food restrictions. If you are vegetarian, gluten or lactose intolerant, or have any other allergies, just let us know at the time of reservation and we will accommodate to the extent possible. This will not affect the rest of the group cooking with you.
